What you should know before paying
What counts as a field user?
A person who collects data in the field, signed in on their own device. People who only look at results in the browser are not counted and are unlimited on every paid plan.
What happens if a phone is lost?
You revoke that device and hand the person another. It does not use up a second place, and the records already synced from the lost phone stay exactly where they were.
What happens to data if we stop paying?
Collection stops; your data does not disappear. Exports stay available for ninety days so nothing is held hostage while a budget is renewed.
Can we change plan mid-project?
Up at any time, and it takes effect immediately. Down at the end of the billing period, so a survey round that ends in week three is not cut off in week two.
