Don’t worry: you pay only for the ones who are active. When they stop signing in, the place is free again.
Seasonal teams
Deactivate promoters or enumerators between campaigns and reactivate them when the next one starts. While they are off, they do not count.
Thirty days idle, no charge
Someone who has not signed in for more than 30 days stops counting on their own. Nobody has to remember to remove them.
The price per person drops as the team grows
The plan does not change; only what each user costs. From 100 active users, you pay the lowest rate on all of them — not only on the ones past the hundredth.

The table above stops at a hundred. Several regions, a few thousand devices, an invoice that has to fit a grant line — tell us the shape of it and we will price it properly rather than multiplying a number.
What you should know before paying
Who counts as a user?
Anyone who is active and has signed in within the last 30 days, on the phone or in the browser, whatever their role — owner, admin, supervisor, field user or viewer. Someone you deactivate, or who has been idle for more than 30 days, does not count.
What happens if a phone is lost?
You revoke that device and hand the person another. It does not use up a second place, and the records already synced from the lost phone stay exactly where they were.
What happens to data if we stop paying?
Collection stops; your data does not disappear. Exports stay available for ninety days so nothing is held hostage while a budget is renewed.
Can we change plan mid-project?
Up at any time, and it takes effect immediately. Down at the end of the billing period, so a survey round that ends in week three is not cut off in week two.
